Beavis and Butt Head Do America[]

When Beavis and Butt Head became mixed up with Muddy and Dallas Grimes and were mistaken for carrying the X-5 Unit. Agent Flemming did all he could to track down the boys and save America from the terrible consequences of the unit. When Beavis and Butt-Head destroyed the Hoover Dam, he believed that they destroyed it to cut the power to get away. He is known for assigning unnecessary cavity searches and having FBI Agent Hurly give them, reasoning that "you can never be too careful."

He later got Mr. Van Driessen arrested when he questioned him about Beavis and Butt Head, believing he's somehow involved, but nevertheless was disgusted by the boys for masturbating in Tom Anderson's trailer. Van Driessen didn't answer his question and was taken into custody. He also scolded at Principal McVicker for harboring two criminals.

At the end, he discovered that the boys weren't scum to him, and places Tom Anderson under arrest by mistake. Agent Flemming took them to meet then President Bill Clinton as they were considered heroes for giving up the unit. Agent Flemming decided to keep their actions throughout the movie a secret for media reasons and so nothing else would follow in their lives about the unit.

Mike Judge stated that Flemming was based on a relative when Flemming says, "never end a sentence with a preposition." Agent Flemming is based on Robert Stack with a personality similar to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
