President Bill Clinton is a character who appears in Beavis and Butt-Head, the 42nd President of the United States, the incumbent president at the time of the series' airing and also appears in the movie Beavis and Butt-Head Do America. In the episode Citizen Butt-Head, he is about to visit Highland, so Principal McVicker tries his best to occupy Beavis and Butt-Head. Later in the episode, he actually visits the school and encounters the duo doing a school assembly. Surprisingly, he grew fond of the two and made them students of the year.

In Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, the duo saved America and they get to meet him again which Beavis and Butt-Head were sad to see him because they wanted money and women. He made them honorary agents of the ATF, which brighten up the two lads.

Prior to his appearance in "Citizen Butt-Head," the duo watch Clinton giving a speech on TV in "Home Improvement."
