The Intern is a movie trailer that Beavis and Butt-head watched in the beginning of Give Blood. Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in the movie as the lead role. In the trailer, Arnold says to a patient "Give me your pancreas!" as he rips out the man's pancreas. The patient then wails in pain and Arnold says "I'll be back for your spleen". After they've watched the trailer, Butt-head says "Whoa! That was cool!", just like he always does.
